Things you must know about your PinlessWorld.com Account


Calling Format: In order to place a international call you must dial 011+Country Code+City+Number followed by #.

Calling Instructions without Pinless Dialing:1) Dial access number 2) Enter your PIN 3) Dial your destination like in the above mentioned format.

Calling instructions with Pinless Dialing: 1) Dial Access Number and wait for balance prompt 2) Dial your destination like in the above mentioned format. Please note if you are using Pinless Dialing you must RECHARGE your PIN in your Pin Manager every time you need more minutes. Do NOT buy a new card, it will not add credit to your existing account.

Pin manager

After you have made your first purchase your Pin manager is the place to go to manage your account. You will never need to buy another card again unless it is for someone else or if you want to have 2 or more separate accounts. in your Pin manager you can view your Pin Balance, View Call History, Add Pinless Dialing, Recharge your PIN and add Speed dial.

View Calls: If you click on this in your Pin Manager you will be able to see your current balance and full call history. Your call history will display Time and Date, number called from, destination number, duration, cost of call and balance after the call was made.
Pinless Dialing: Here you can add numbers that you wish to have Pinless Dialing from. Every time you make a call from a number you have Registered in Pinless Dialing, you will not have to enter the Pin. just dial your destination number in the following format 011+Country Code+City+Number. Important - Please remember that even if you have Pinless Dialing set up you can still make calls from unregistered phones by using your PIN number.
Recharge:Here you can add credit to your existing PIN. If you have set up Pinless Dialing then you MUST recharge your pin every time. Pin Recharge is recommended for all customers since it adds money to your existing account no matter the balance. if you have $1 in your pin and you recharge for $5, your new balance will be $6.
Update PIN: Here you can give your pin a nickname and enter the access number you most frequently use. Please do not make any changes to the pin. Making changes to the pin or creating your own PIN will give you a dysfunctional PIN manager.
Delete PIN: Here you can delete your PIN from your PIN manager. Speed Dial Here you are able to add speed dial to the plans that have the speed dial feature available. Setting up speed dial allows you to make call by just dialing your speed dial number and pressing #. You assign your destination number to a number from 1 to 30. For example I will assign 011+91+77777777 to Speed dial 1. For me to place a call to that number I would dial my access number and when the system prompts my balance I would press 1# and be connected to that number.

Referring Friends and Redeeming Points Earned


In order to refer your friends to PinlessWorld you must have a PinlessWorld.com Account. Once logged in, go to the home page and click on the refer a friend link. Complete the form and we will send emails to all the correspondents you entered. Once your friends get the email that we have sent them through your account they need to follow the link in the email and sign up and make a purchase. After your friend has made his first purchase you will be credited $5. There is no limit in how many friends that you can have sign up.

Redeem Your Points - Once you have earned money from our refer-a-friend program the money you earn will be instantly in your account but not automatically recharged into your PIN. Money earned are like credits that you can use for future purchases and recharges. the choice is your. we do not decide how to spend your points. So if you earn $5 for referring a friend and you want to add the credit into your pin this is what you have to do. Login to your account and click on Pin Manager. Click on recharge and select $5. Check the box below that says use points to make purchase and click on recharge PIN. By checking the box use points, PinlessWorld is using your points to make a recharge and not your credit card. you can also use your points to get a discount on a new purchase as well.


Processing Fees

All PinlessWorld calling plans do not have any fees of any kind associated with them as well as no expiration date. There is however a processing fee of 35 cents added to all orders and recharges of $5 and $10. All orders and recharges of $15 or more do not have any processing fee added at checkout.
